Refund policy
Ticket Purchases:
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances.
Event Cancellation:
If the event is canceled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. Notifications and instructions for refunds will be provided via email.
Event Rescheduling:
In the event of rescheduling, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Significant Changes:
If there are significant changes to the event that affect the overall experience, such as major artist cancellations, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will follow applicable legal guidelines. This may include issuing vouchers or offering alternative solutions as permitted by law.
Refund Requests:
